: Heritage Numismatic Auctions recently concluded its Signature
Auction held in New York City, July 19-21, with prices realized
exceeding $7,346,570, followed by its New York Bullet Auction,
which brought the total proceeds up to $8,155,332.
"The highlight coin of the Signature Auction," noted Heritage
President Greg Rohan, "was a classic Twentieth Century rarity - a
1911-D Quarter Eagle, certified as MS66 by PCGS, which realized
$184,000 as lot 8103. Another appealing rarity was an early
draped bust small eagle half dollar of 1797, O-102; even with
environmental damage, the AU-detailed coin from The Willamette
Collection realized $71,300 as lot 7851."

#2 on the NGC Registry); the Paulsboro Collection, Part Two; the
Del Rio Collection, Part One; the Barry Donnell Collection, Part

One; and the Professor Wayne Newman Palmer Collection, Part One.
