Cottage Antiques, South Salem, N.Y.
:The 7th Cross River Winter Antiques Show opened to a lively crowd of anxious buyers bright and early on Sunday morning, March 7. This show has a loyal and dedicated following, with buyers from throughout the region on hand to shop it. Merchandise ranges from fashionable couture from the Nineteenth through the Twentieth Century to jewelry to country furnishings.
An eclectic array of merchandise was offered at Reclaimed
Memories, Danville, N.J., with items including an original poster for Woodstock and a selection of early Orientalia.
Early glass, a nice paint decorated blanket box, country smalls and a selection of paintings were offered at Chester Cwilichoski, Ansonia, Conn., while another paint decorated blanket box was attracting attention at Sally Wistman, Danbury, Conn. Wistman also offered a nice chrome tea cart that sold from the booth shortly after the show opened and a neat pair of Lucite tables.
