: Dealer Stephen B. O'Brien Jr is opening "Bahama Time," an
exhibition and sale of watercolors and oils by artist John Swan.
Swan spent two months in the Bahamas during the winter of 2004
painting local landscapes of gardens and homes, as well as scenes
from daily life: sailing, bonefishing and diving for conch.
Over the last 20 years, Swan has developed into one of America's
great painters. He excels in both watercolors and oils. His works
hang in the finest private and corporate collections across the
country and he is highly regarded amongst his peers. Swan has
been named Artist of the Year by the Atlantic Salmon Federation
three times and named International Artist of the Year for Ducks
Unlimited in 1987.
