Bronze Sculptures Taken From Connecticut Home

:A private residence was burglarized here on November 12, 2007. Among the many household effects reported stolen was a bronze sculpture, "Balancing Man with a Bird," by Dimitry Gerrman (Belorussian, b 1955), bronze, 27 by 22 by 10 inches and valued at $22,000. Also taken were a bronze bust measuring 13 inches and valued at $4,000 and a Stickley leather and wood chair valued at $3,965.

Connecticut State Police are investigating the burglary. Anyone with any information about any of the abovementioned items is asked to contact Officer Mark A. Lauretano of the Connecticut State Police at 860-435-2938 referencing CFS# 0700466262.
