Revolutionary War Flintlock Rifle Stolen In Northampton, Mass.

Northampton, Mass.
:A brass-mounted and engraved flintlock Revolutionary rifle was reported to have been taken from private residence here in early January. The rifle measures 56 inches in length with a brass patch box engraved "Clement Fairchild, 4th Connecticut Rgmt, 1780."

Anyone with information that would help lead to the recovery of the musket is asked to contact the Northampton Police Department at 413-587-1100. The case number is 12-46-OF.
