:"One/Off Printmakers: 25th Anniversary," on view at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts (VMFA) through April 11, is an exhibition of prints by members of One/Off Printmakers, a group of Richmond-based artists who share an interest in innovative approaches to printmaking.
A reception will be presented in conjunction with the Southern Graphics Conference, hosted by Virginia Commonwealth University, Thursday, March 27, from 6 to 9 pm.
One/Off was formed in 1983. During the past 25 years, the group has presented more than 50 exhibitions in venues ranging from local and regional to international and including sites throughout Virginia and in England, Scotland, Italy and Peru.
Members exhibiting at the Studio School comprise Ann Chenoweth, Warren Corrado, Nick Cossitt, Janet DeCover, Steven Fishman, David Freed, Walter Garde, Joan Gaustad, Janet Gilmore, Jack Glover, Tucker Hill, Mary Holland, Kate Horne, Mitzi Humphrey, Kris Iden, Dawn Latane, Kelly Nelson, Chris Palmer, Laura Pharis, Carolyn Sharp, Ed Steinberg, Barbara Tisserat, Randy Toy, Philip Wetton and Dennis Winston. Many of the members teach or have taught classes at the Studio School.
