:Frank Gaglio of Barn Star Productions has announced the new location for his two August shows, the Pickers Market and Mid*Week. The shows will continue as part of Antiques Week in New Hampshire in The Furniture World Building, 1300 South Porter Street, Manchester, a building located off Exit 1, South Willow Street, off Route 293/101, across from the Mall of New Hampshire.
The sale of the Quality Inn, formerly Wayfarer Inn, in Bedford, N.H., caused Barn Star to seek a new location after 15 years showing there.
"After literally months of traveling back and forth to Manchester and visiting countless spaces, I heard about The Furniture World Building from the front desk manager at my former facility in Bedford," Frank said. "The building turned out to be a perfect fit for the shows, with air-conditioning, special display areas, parking and within walking distance from three motels."
The Pickers Market, now called the Manchester Pickers Market Antiques Show, will be on Monday, August 3, with early buying from 9 to 11 am, and general admission from 11 am to 4 pm. It will be followed by Mid*Week in Manchester Antiques Show on Wednesday and Thursday, August 5 and 6, with hours from 9 am to 6 pm opening day and from 11 am to 5 pm on Thursday.
