: Jenkins Show Management has dropped plans for a Texas show in the
fall of 2006 due to its inability to obtain a facility.
When Heart of Country promoters Richard Kramer and his recently
deceased wife Elizabeth dropped their fall Nashville show in
favor of Texas for the coming year, Jenkins considered creating a
tailgating show. After investigating available facilities, Steve
Jenkins commented that Texas was definitely out for 2006. He
stated facilities near the site of Kramers' show "were inadequate
and too expensive for a satellite show."
Jenkins will continue the fall dates in Nashville for Tailgate at
Fiddlers Inn and Music Valley Antiques Market during the week of
October 24.
The spring Heart Week will open in Nashville on February 21. For
