| This latest Country Living Collectibles book, inspired by the Easter holiday but untimely in its release, is saved from the realm of the insipid by its subject: the antique papier-mache rabbit candy container collection of Enid Hubbard, a northern California collector who discovered the rabbits in 1981, proceeded to amass hundreds of high quality, endearing examples. Chapters such as "Taking Care of Your Rabbits," "Identifying Rabbits" and "How to Display Your Rabbits" offer perfunctory information on their subjects, but 38 excellent color photographs, which display the rabbits in imaginative settings, might be enough to keep the attention of candy container fans.
