PALM BEACH, FLA. — The Palm Beach Show Group has announced it will take over ownership and production of the Palm Beach Fine Craft Show, carrying on a tradition in the Palm Beach arts season. Building on the Palm Beach Show Group’s 14 years of success and experience in bringing together exhibitors and collectors from all over the world, this announcement comes will join the roster for the 2016–2017 show season.
Previous show owner Elizabeth Kubie made the decision to sell the well-established Palm Beach Fine Craft Show to Scott Diament, CEO and President of the Palm Beach Show Group. Kubie has agreed to offer her expertise and act as a consultant to the Palm Beach Show Group, which intends to elevate the Fine Craft Show to an international contemporary fine craft event on par with the top art fairs. Featuring over 150 artists, the Palm Beach Fine Craft Show will return to the Palm Beach County Convention Center for its 14th edition February 16–19. The show will be co-located with the Palm Beach Jewelry, Art and Antique Show, which draws over 50,000 attendees.
The Palm Beach Show Group plans to expand its portfolio to include high level fine craft shows to other cities, beginning with the Baltimore Fine Craft Show on August 25–28, in conjunction with the Baltimore Art, Antique & Jewelry Show at the Baltimore Convention Center.
Applications are now being accepted by Juried Art Services, provider of application, review and artist selection services for premier art museums, organizations and art fairs.
