CONCORD, N.H. — Sporting a new look and location, Americana Celebration came to life on Tuesday, August 9, as it kicked off New Hampshire Antiques Week with spectacular enthusiasm, quality merchandise and good sales. Peter Mavris, show manager, said, “I’ve heard so many success stories already. The dealers are doing well, the new location is working out great.” The 80 dealer show sported a healthy fix of Americana, folk art, ephemera, jewelry, textiles and toys. According to Mavris, the show will be back in the same place next year.
