A bronze statue valued at $11,000 was reported stolen from a private residence sometime between June 9 and 10. The town of Bedford, N.Y., Police Department is investigating the theft.

The statue is a cast of a young nude female and weighs approximately 125 lbs. By the Italian sculptor Benvenuti, the sculpture is titled “Innocent Youth” and was cast circa 1905. It is signed on the base and measures 58 by 19 by 12 inches.
