As a young Dutch businessman in NYC in the 1950’s, he frequently attended auctions and purchased the Dutch and similar paintings that reminded him of his home. They have been on the walls this home for decades and will now be sold as he prepares a new residence. This will be an on – site auction at the house, walk around style. There are many fine quality things here and everything sells to the highest bidder!

Mid Century Danish dining room set; Room size and smaller Persian rugs; Chickering Rosewood Grand Piano; early Delft tiles; mid-century lighting; tools; 1994 Caddillac Sedan de Ville that runs well etc. This is a clean house with a lot of interesting artwork, furniture and decorative accessories. Directions: From Dorset, Vermont: Go North on Rt.30 just past the town and go left onto Rt.315. Go 6.4 miles to Hebron Road, go right for 1 mile to Sheldon Road on right. Take Sheldon Road 2.3 miles to NYS Rt.22. Go straight across 22 onto Chamberlin Mills Road, go 2.6 miles to Bogtown Road {at the town garage}, make left and go 1 mile to Bogtown Lane on the Right. Take Bogtown Lane to the end where it turns to Briansky Lane on the left. #27 Take it to the end.
Park along the side of the road approaching the property.
P.S. Do not use GPS to get to 27 Briansky Lane. It will take you to
a logging road that does not connect.
