A Note to Our Buyers: This 407 acre 7 miles of groomed trails compound has a 4 hole golf course bordering the Black River and the Adirondack Park. It is being offered for sale for the first time in 50 years. The late Judith Varian has passed and her husband George Varian (age 80) has retained Iroquois Auction to sell its total contents at unreserved auction. George is a direct descendant of Issac Varian the 63rd mayor of NY City (a few items from him will be sold here). There will be additions to this auction so expect surprises.
