Disclaimer: This collection of Islamic antiques, artworks and carpets has been acquired by Edward Ochsenschlager over several decades from several national recognized auction companies, local Hudson Valley estate auctions, renowned and respected galleries and in the case of many of the ceramics from the online company Bidancient.com. Through our due diligence search we would be remiss to not mention reports of questionable authenticity claims pertaining to Bidancient material sold through sites such as ebay. As we have been commissioned to sell the entire collection I feel it fair to my client as well to potential bidders to be aware of these claims and to bid accordingly. We have provided in the listing of each item the paperwork provided by Mr. Ochsenschlager in order to show the source of his acquisition and the prices he paid. The auction is unreserved and therefore any claims against the material will not be entertained once sold. In the event that further credible information as to originality of any item is made known to us we will post it as such. Private viewings are available and public previews are posted.
