American School landscape highlighting the view of a woman holding an infant with four children at her side in front of a residence on a wooded hillside with tall mountains in the background approx. 32” x 24”.

Ellen Hamilton Sampler dated 1808 and wrought by her at age 13. “How fair is the rose what a beautiful flower… In remembrance of a friend.” There was a Hamilton School for Girls in Philadelphia 1830+. This work with the thick border is linen embroidered with silk. It has been kept in its frame preventing oxidation.
Collection of 24 Walking Canes in various woods ranging from 34” – 37” long: Five with sterling silver handles. One with an agate cap, one with a bovine Georgian Silver handle and one with a metal gold tone metal handle.
