The Art of Virginia Strom Precourt

Virginia Strom Precourt was a New England artist who traveled the world for insights, inspirations, and just the right light. Her last major exhibition was in 2004, four years before her death.
Jan & John Maggs Antiques and Art have partnered with the Precourt family to showcase Virginia’s art in an exhibition and sale of her work—including several pieces never seen publicly.
The exhibition begins on February 16 in the Maggs’ barn in Conway, Massachusetts, in the foothills of the Berkshires. “Virginia Strom Precourt: Winter Light” will be on display through March 3. Following the three-day President’s Day weekend opening, the show will be open on two Sundays and by appointment at any time.
