This auction consists of 200 plus lots of leather, history, ephemera, children’s literature, signed mystery, the psychic world, theatre, science and fiction. Of Note – For those with an interest in hypnosis, we have a handwritten manuscript that its author, J. H. Bergeron, had bound in 1900 describing the process he utilized. We have a lock of poet’s William Bryant’s hair that accompanies his work “Thirty Poems,” autographs from early silent film and opera stars, pencil cartoons from Henry Syverson intended for Time Magazine, and Monet’s (1862) profile portrait of Charles Baudelaire.
Just Added – The 1st edition of L. Frank Baum’s (1900) “The Wonderful Wizard of Oz” published by Geo. M. Hill and with all 24 colored plates and the 1st US edition of Lewis Carroll’s “Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland.”
