Our live customer appreciation rate of 12% Buyer’s Premium for cash or good check; 15% Buyer’s Premium for payment by credit card will be given to those who attend and pay with cash or good check. Telephone and absentee bidding either written or electronic are subject to 18% Buyer’s premium. All items are sold as is with no guarantees or warranties – oral or written. No out of state checks accepted unless known to the auctioneer.
