Our October Modern auction features the collection of a Sloan’s Curve, Palm Beach estate among others. Highlights include a John Henry sculpture, a Campbell’s soup can screen print by Andy Warhol, Henry Spencer Moore watercolors, Roy Lichtenstein prints and several mixed media pieces from the Pakistani artist Jamali. Day two features the antique furniture, rugs and decorative accessories from a Marblehead Neck estate as well as other North Shore estates. Featured lots include a Steinway piano, a three-strand South Sea pearl necklace and an Irish sterling and cut glass cruet set, hallmarked for Robert Calderwood, Dublin.
