This auction continues to include a number of volumes of bibliography from the library of noted book collector and dealer Barbara Farnsworth and volumes from the library of Robert Carneiro curator emeritus of the New York Museum of Natural History. Of Note – Rogers (circa 1830s) “The Executioner being a True Impartial and Most Extraordinary Account of What Happened to the Man who Burnt the Rev. John Rogers,” and Cushman’s (1865) “History of the 58th Regiment Massachusetts Volunteers from the 15th Day of September, 1863 to the Close of the Rebellion.”
Just Added – Mitchell’s New Universal Atlas with 122 maps published by Thomas Cowperthwait in 1853.

A SHELF sale will be held at this same location at 3 pm with the preview for that sale also beginning at 1:30 pm
The SHELF sale consists of several bookcases each filled with a variety of books.
Each case holds over 120 books. Buy the contents of the bookcase, take what you want and leave the rest.
We are accepting consignments for future “list” auction sales to be held in 2020.
