Featuring the contents of a Long Island NY estate containing a fine collection of country Americana, name withheld by family; partial contents of the Zane Studenroth estate Hudson NY – formal Federal furniture (many NY pieces) and accessories including French clocks, many Federal mirrors, a rare signed NY classical pianoforte (square piano) with Phyfe case (attributed) circa 1815; moving to smaller quarters, will sell the partial contents of an exclusive Poughkeepsie NY collector where a rare Chinese 17th century magistrates horseshoe chair was found as well as sterling silver; to partially settle the estate of a 19th century Red Hook NY farm house – 2 Civil War firearms, silver, etc; select country Americana from a downsizing Walden NY collector including treenware, bottles, stoneware, redware, etc; and jewelry (gold, silver, amber), and decorative accessories from the estate of Dr. Joyce Wallace of NY City, an activist who assisted many Aids patients during the Aids crisis of the 1980’s. Due to large amount of fine antiques & collectibles, the sale is broken into 2 parts. The first session will feature collections of Country Americana only, 450+ lots.
