An eccentric collection of 20th C. design, with a focus on Mid-Century furnishings from a Norwich, VT professors classic 1960’s home which featured Danish furniture, abstract paintings and Asian items. Plus, items from the estate of renown New England modernist sculptor Roger Prince of Walpole NH and items from NYC photographer Ernest Silva’s estate.
A diverse selection of mid-century and antique art, from Persian manuscripts to Salvador Dali lithographs. Other artists include Will Barnet, Joan Miro, Dora Maar, Jeremy Gilbert-Rolfe, Fernand Pierre, Alphonse Mucha, George Jo Mess, Ivan Chermayneff, Rufino Tamayo, Gino Hollander, Tadashi Nakayama, Varujan Boghosian, Elizabeth Keith, Shaw abstracts, Japanese woodblocks and Chinese scrolls, and art by local Vermont and New Hampshire artists.
