Merrill’s Auctioneers and Appraisers is pleased to offer period American Furniture, Paintings, and Country antiques from a Connecticut collector’s estate, jewelry descending from Washington Augustus Roebling (1837-1926, builder of the Brooklyn Bridge) and his second wife Cornelia Witsell Farrow of Charleston, South Carolina, the estate contents of Elizabeth “Betsy” Isham’s multi-generational Burlington home, as well as advertising from a Waterville, VT country store. Merrill’s will also be offering glass, china, silver, jewelry, accessories, Oriental rugs, paintings, & prints from other fine area homes.
