HUDSON, N.Y. — Public Sale Auction House is hosting its Thrift Modern sale on Saturday, February 11, at noon. Online bidding at www.publicsale.com, absentee and phone bids are accepted.
This auction includes Midcentury Modern furniture and accessories, including a varied selection of art, pottery, glass and lighting.
Highlights from the sale include pieces by a wide variety of designers, including Russell Wright, Eero Saarinen, George Nelson, Isamu Noguchi, Mies Van Der Rohe, Ray and Charles Eames, Milo Baughman, Tommi Parzinger, Edward Wormley, Marcel Breuer, Tony Paul and Alvar Aalto, among many others. Manufacturers like Knoll, Herman Miller, Raymor, DeSede, Donghia, Dunbar, Conant Ball and more will be represented in this latest MCM sale.
