PENNSBURG, PENN. — Come shop, learn and celebrate the 10th Penn Dry Goods Market on Friday and Saturday, June 2 and 3, at the Schwenkfelder Library & Heritage Center at 105 Seminary Street. The event, a fundraiser for the Heritage Center, features 25 antiques dealers specializing in textiles, folk art and primitives and a dozen lectures on similar topics. For its tenth anniversary, Penn Market is expanding the scope of the show goods and lecture topics to include folk art and primitives. On Friday, June 2, all lunchtime visitors also may enjoy a free celebratory slice of cake. An international traveling exhibition of textile art — “Once Upon A Thread” — is on view as well through the Penn Market.

The Schwenkfelder Library & Heritage Center at 105 Seminary Street, is the regional history museum for the Upper Perkiomen Valley. Information on other programs and exhibits is available at www.schwenkfelder.org.
