All sales are final, above the hammer price is a 18% buyers premium on phone and absentee bids and 20% buyers premium online bidding. Geagua County sales tax is 6.75% unless provided a valid Tax ID number and filled out form. All items must be picked up with 10 days of auction closing. Cash, check with valid OH Identification and CC to match, paypal or Credit Card. Due to high fraud issues any invoice over $2000 must be cash or ACH.
