Important Salem Witch Trial Document signed by Major Simon Willard, a Magistrate during the trials, and two others. This is his sworn affidavit of his examination of Margaret Prince of Capan (Cape Ann, Gloucester) accused of Witchcraft which took place on September 5, 1692.
