Let’s start with two 1876 souvenir flags celebrating the American Centennial in a back-to-back case. The first is a 39 Star American Flag. It is surrounded by miniature flags of 38 other nations. The American flag has 39 stars at a time when there were only 38 states. The 2nd flag, perhaps better described as a pennant, has 37 stars. In the center appears “1776 Centennial 1876:’
A signed copy of “Our Endangered Values;· by former President Jimmy Carter and a copy of the “Final report of Gen. John Pershing;’ with his autograph laid in are some of the history volumes that will be available.

Signed fiction is never in short supply with Steven King’s “The Dark Half;’ being joined by Wilder’s “The Woman of Andros;’ Allende’s “The House of Spirits;• Cheever’s “The Wapshot Scandal;’ and several signed volumes by Margaret Atwood.
