BEVERLY, MASS. — Kaminski Auctions’ estates auction on June 15-16 will showcase a diverse array of valuable items from various collectors. Highlights of the auction include a collection of Chinese scrolls, paintings and porcelains, as well as estate jewelry and a unique collection of baseball and sports memorabilia, as well as European furniture, decorative art and art sourced from a prominent southern Connecticut estate.

Notable Chinese pieces up for auction include a winter landscape by He Xuren (1882-1940) and a Chinese landscape scroll painting by Bai Xueshi (1915-2011) featuring boats on a misty riverscape under mountain highlands. Also included is a pair of large Chinese rose medallion urns on wood stands measuring 39½ inches tall.

The American art selection features works by renowned artists such as John Edward Heliker, Frederick Carl Frieseke, Nell Blair Walden Blaine and Brian Coole, along with Eighteenth and Nineteenth Century English portraits.

In the silver and jewelry category, standout pieces include a Gorham sterling Fairfax flatware service, a French Puiforcat sterling flatware set, two Rolex wristwatches and a Burle Marx 18K yellow gold and chalcedony three-piece suite.

Sports memorabilia enthusiasts will find treasures like a Sports Illustrated first issue magazine from 1954, a 1951 Yankees World Series champions team signed baseball, including Joe DiMaggio, Mickey Mantle, Billy Martin, Yogi Berra, Phil Rizzuto, (26) signatures total, and various other collectibles.

Furniture highlights of the auction include Nineteenth Century Sheraton Salem mahogany dining tables and a set of 12 Queen Anne mahogany dining chairs and more.

Additional collections featured in the auction encompass Frederic Remington bronze sculptures, Lionel train engines, Steiff bears and more.
