This sale features a remarkable find – a March, 1934 Boston “Late Afternoon” street scene oil on canvas by Allan Rohan Crite (1910-2007, a nearly matching painting is in the collection of the Boston Athenaeum). A collection of Sabra Field woodblock prints. A fine group of Stephen Huneck prints, furniture, & accessories. Comllerpoint to the MCM in the sale are the contents of an old Winooski, VT estate descending from the owners of a turn-of-the-century pharmacy.
