Saturday, March 12th, beginning at 11am, we are pleased to be offering Property from the Collection of George Subkoff Antiques, Westport, Connecticut. George Subkoff is a revered antiques dealer from Manhattan who moved his business to Connecticut in the 90’s. We will be offering a selection of American furniture, a fine Chinese Coromandel twelve-panel screen, an unusual Anglo-Indian ebony mounted satinwood cabinet, Georgian furniture, early Continental furniture from Italy and Holland (tall back chairs and refectory tables), fine Italian rococo walnut commode, French papier peinte six-panel screen, Charles II chest of drawers, Regency inlaid mahogany chiffonnier, and numerous chairs, mirrors and tables from around the world: nearly five decades of collecting the finest quality antiques.
