Wonderful estate on Round Hill Road has a unique collection of art which has been in this family for decades and never offered for sale: 5 signed original Arthur Rackham watercolor illustrations for Some British Ballads (c 1919), 5 signed prints by Peter Milton (c. 1969 – 1974), oil on canvas portrait by Madroza (c. 1909). Also in the sale are a number of rare books including 3 limited editions signed by Arthur Rackham PLUS period furniture, china, lighting, carpets and sport hunting gear.
