Directions: From I-91 North and South take exit 7 and head towards Charlestown, NHRt. 5 North for approx. ½ mile and before the bridgeturn left and follow Rt. 5 North, go approx. 1 mile and bear right on to Old Connecticut River Road. and travel a short distance to the home, watch for auction signs.
Since Peter and Sandra Mollica have sold their fabulous home – The Registered 18th C. Historic home built by General Lewis R. Morris, 1793 and are moving to much smaller quarters, we will sell the contents of the home under tents. The Mollica’s owned and operated The Christmas Tree Farm for many years where you could come and cut your own tree and had tours along the property. There are still over 23,000 trees on the property. Morris was Brigadier General for VT militia and served in the U.S. House representing VT, during the 1790’s.
