We are delighted to have been selected to sell the contents of the Connie Forsham estate from the premises of her historical home. The home known as the “Happyacres” has been in the family for four generations and was constructed in the early 19th C. The home was owned by the Goodhue/Campbell/Forsham estates of three generations. Its present owner Betsy Forsham is the fourth generation. A wonderful history to this home. Please plan to join us under the tents as many interesting items will cross the block-all sold unreserved.
Betsy donated many historical items to the Wilmot Historical Society and to Colby Sawyer College and others. A few additions added to round out the sale.
