Terms of auction: 10% buyer’s premium added to the hammer price. Cash, traveler’s checks, out of state and local buyers must have a current copy of your sales tax license for our records. Out of state buyers must have a letter on bank letterhead “stating that their checking account has no bounced check history,” if wanting to write a check dated 3 days prior to November 3, 2018. We accept Maryland checks with proper ID. The auctioneer has the right to refuse anyone’s check if he wishes to do so. All items sold where-is and as-is. All announcements made on auction day shall take precedence over previously distributed information. We do not accept credit cards.
