It features over 210 lots, 70 of which are from the Bridgeport History Center including Lawrence’s “Texas in 1840 or the Emigrant’s Guide to the New Republic.” This 1st edition copy has the colored frontispiece of Austin, Texas which, needless to say, is a must have volume for any lover of the Lone Star state.

This auction continues the sale of art and bibliography books from the noted book collector Barbara Farnsworth to which is added books from the bibliography collection of Kathy Leab, former editor of Current American Book Prices.
