We are excited to feature the second and final half of the vast estate of a gentleman lawyer from New Rochelle, New York and continue to offer from his impressive collections an array of fine continental porcelains, gilt bronze figures and clocks, Tiffany style lamps, 18th/19th Century artwork, garden statuary, fountains and fine furnishings. In addition, we have been curating additional estates with items to include a Tiffany Dragonfly lamp screen, modern artworks by Syd Solomon, Helen Frankenthaler and Sam Francis, a pair of attributed Charles M. Russell Montana watercolors, S. George Phillips, John Smith of Chichester, a Murray Bewler portrait and many 19th C. portrait paint- ings. Many period furnishings including a 19th C. Empire marble top table, an 18th C. commode in the Chinese taste, several pieces of chinoiserie decorated furniture, palatial Portuguese arm chairs and a Georgian twin pedestal table with leaves. Oriental items to include a pair of palace sized Foo Dogs, Ming and Qing dynasty porcelain, Qing silk embroidered robe, silk embroidered tapestries, fine silk Hereke prayer rug accompanied by 15 other fine antique and semi-antique rugs.
