PINE BUSH, N.Y. — On Saturday, October 28, at 4 pm, Roberson’s Auctions will sell 17 original Bill Graham vintage Music Productions posters in a diversified antiques auction. Large stained leaded glass windows from an early upstate New York church will be also be offered. Just in time for Halloween there are several vintage pulp papier mache jack-o-lanterns, scaredy cats and devil figures.
Early Native American artifacts are in abundance featuring decorated drums, beaded moccasins, papoose carrier, arrowheads, war clubs, etc. Many Americana accessories will be sold, including two blue and white coverlets by New York makers — James Alexander and Harry Tyler, as well as firkins, splint baskets, trenchers, deep burled bowl, redware, including a Jar attributed to New York state potter Nathaniel Rochester.
Lighting is not left out with reverse painted shade and puffy shade parlor lamps available. Artworks, early tintypes, German steins, Oriental pieces, pottery, Tiffany & Loetz, Steiff, early Teddy bears and sterling silver, including a service for 12 Oneida Heirloom pattern set.
There will be estate jewelry and a collection of Schrade knives. Christmas will be well represented with Victorian figural ornaments, a feather tree, German kugels and more.
