Owner and auctioneer Kaja Veilleux noted, “We’ve been honored to receive consignments from both public institutions to cherished treasures in private homes — and we are proud to offer them in another extraordinary auction, organized with the collector in mind. Showcasing artistry across a wide variety of categories, this feature auction celebrates the beauty, history and craftsmanship of exceptional works.”
Leading the fine art category is a rare Urban Abstract by Ram Kumar (1924-2018), a pivotal figure in India’s Modernist movement. His works are held in public and private collections around the world, and now this piece takes center stage in the auction. Other notable fine art highlights include a seascape by John Marin (1870-1953), prints by Carroll Thayer Berry (1886-1978), a dual side miniature portrait of father and child by Raphaelle Peale (1774-1825) and an autumnal landscape by Carles Warren Eaton (1857-1937).
A ladies 18K white gold and two-tone sapphire ring will lead the jewelry along with an Edwardian platinum diamond and emerald circle brooch; a loose octagonal cut emerald weighing 2.22 carats; a pair of 14K white and yellow gold mounted pierced diamond earrings, half hoop design with gold rope edge; and a set of peridot ring and earrings mounted in 14K gold. The sale includes renowned makers such as Charles Fordsham, Girard-Perregaux, Dumont Guinand, Tiffany & Co., Cartier and Chopard.

Collectors of antique furniture will find a Nineteenth Century brass mounted square camphorwood trunk; an early Nineteenth Century William and Mary walnut slant lid desk; an American apothecary chest in pine and tiger maple; a pair of inlaid satinwood demilune tables; and a rare Victorian China trade sewing desk and chair with 1862 presentation. Additionally, the folk art category will offer a full body copper cod fish weathervane.
The auction includes featured pieces by many renowned silversmiths, including Georg Jensen, Reed & Barton, Conrad Bard, Baldwin Gardiner, Howard & Co., and Tiffany & Co., with a wide variety of antique and modern English and European silver. Sale highlights include a rare, early Twentieth Century Arts and Crafts jeweled silver dish from Shreve Crump and Low, a gilded Russian 84-silver and enamel decorated egg on stand and a four-piece coin silver tea service By Baldwin Gardiner.
Among the rare collectibles to be presented are a fortress-sized Civil War flag adorned with 34 stars from Philadelphia. There will also be advertising items from Moxie and Coca-Cola; two Nantucket basket purses by Stephen Gibbs; and the original Round 1 Card from the Cassius Clay (Muhammad Ali) versus Sonny Liston Heavyweight Championship fight on May 25, 1965.
The Asian collection hosts offerings in Chinese ivory, including a pair of Nineteenth Century reticulated ivory scholar’s wrist rests; an ivory figural imperial court grouping from the Nineteenth Century and an antique ivory and 22K gold filigree Chinese ivory bracelet set with six oval panel links.
