MILITARY & GERMAN MEMORIABILIA: WW I Prussian Infantry, spiked Helmet stamped 1916; 1930 Waltham Boxed Chronometer; 19th Century Copy of 18th Century George Washington Peace Medal; Framed print of General James H. (Jimmy) Doolittle with Autograph; Letter from General Henry (Hap) Arnold to Lt. General J.H. Doolittle, dated April 10, 1945; GERMAN WW II ITEMS: Adolf Hitler, Propaganda Book, 1936 forward written by Dr. Joseph Gobbels & Herman Goring, 205 Photos by Hitler’s personal Photographer Heinrich Hoffmann, 133 pages, paper inside reads: Recovered from bombed out house in Munich 1945. One of a kind Scrap Book, paper inside reads Souvenir Book of Berchtesgaden, presented to Lt. Col. George Henderson U.S. Army Commanding at Berchtesgaden in 1945, hand made by Herr Erhard Peltz (a member of Hitler’s house staff from 1936 to 1945) and Col. Henderson, house servant in 1945, Book has 39 original photos taken by Herr Peltz. Also presented to Col. Henderson from Herr Pletz was a Nazi Swastika embroidered linen table cloth that was used in Hitler’s Obersalzberg home. Nazi SS Stein, name engraved on top R. Brendel, paper inside stein: on 6/16/97 Professor George (Jerzy) Sidorowitz of War-saw University verified at the Warsaw office of the Polish War Crimes Commission that between 1943 and 1944 at the Nazi Concentration Death Camp of Auschwitz – Birkenau there was an SS Major Reinhard Brendel, an administer in 1944. He was assigned to the Waffen SS on the Eastern Front and in May 1945 he was captured by the Russians and turned over to Polish authorities and was executed by the Poles for War Crimes in June 1945. Copy of Nazi Naval Leica Camera, Nazi stamp with letter M, signifies Navy, number 17453 Fl. No 38079. Wooden block (a beam tie) from Hitler’s guest house at Obersalzberg, removed in 1988 with documentation & COA on back. Piece of stone of front column at Fuhrerbau (Nazi Party Headquarters) COA reads the accompanying piece of stone was taken by the undersigned on Sunday February 2, 1997 from one of the front columns of the Fukrerbau, in Munich, while it was under repair, signed William P. Deile, Colonel, Commanding Military Liaison Team. Embroidered table cover with Swastikas. Nazi document for Willy Huth, 40 year service Award dated 20 August 1938. Cross of Honor of the German Mother 2nd Model with Presentation Case, Case reads: A. Rettenmaler, Schw.Gmund 25 Year Faithful Service Pin. Hitler Youth Knife – blade is stamped J. A. Henckels, Solingen, Zwillingswerk Ges. Geschutz, Scabbard is marked LFS with oak leaf. Copy of Knights Cross of the Iron Cross with Oak Leaves and Swords, cross stamped #3 on reverse, no makers mark, oak leaves. Copy of Black Wound Badge, marked 20 July 1944, no markers mark on reverse, stamped 015, engraved Otto Gunsche. Pilots Badge, no makers mark. Other Nazi items in-clude coins, stamps and patches. U.S. Navy Bureau of Ships Horizontal Force Instrument, Mark I Model O Longines, Wittnauer Watch Co. Inc, NYC, NY in original case; U.S. Colt Model 1911 leather Holster; U.S. American Le-gion Bookends, with U.S. WWI soldiers on them; Other military items include Hats, Footlocker, Etc.; Civil War spent bullets dug in South Carolina.
