LIGHT FIXTURES: Victorian, Retro, Art Deco, Modern – various sizes, styles represented.
ARCHITECTURAL: Cast iron steel light fixtures; pedestals; pillars including round, 14’ high etc.; corbels – both wood and styrofoam; medallions and more.
STAINED GLASS: Variety of sizes and styles – windows as large as 6’x12’.
ARTWORK: Oil on canvas; porcelain tiles; prints; posters and more.
FURNITURE: Art Deco, Victorian and Décor items.
AUCTIONEER’S NOTE: Richard Phelan, founder/owner of the Gingerbread Man restaurants for 42 years and Owner of Emporium Design Concepts is retired and selling out his collection – we will be holding several auctions at the Emporium Design Concepts storefront. This fi rst auction is the beginning of the inventory reduction. Selling a diversified collection in the first auction to make room for Au-gust 20th auction. Mr. Phelan has decided to conduct the first auction as a live auction ONLY with no online bidding to give local buyers the opportunity to acquire some great items at their price. Auction on Saturday, August 20th will be both live and online.
