We are pleased to announce that we have been chosen by the heir to the estate of Robert (Bob) Spring to sell at public auction his entire collection of Medieval Arms and Armor.
Bob Spring was a true gentleman in every sense of the word. He was a talented artisan from the finest of scrimshaw, pottery, to artist with a brush. He also was a wealth of knowledge in many military fields. One of his real loves was the collecting of 16th-, 17th-, 18th-century arms, from swords, halberds, knives, daggers, pole arms, helmets, and many things related. We will offer without reserve the entire collection of 200+ lots. Please join us for this special auction at the Rockland Elks Lodge, July 17, 2017.
