Maria & Peter Warren Antiques Sandy Hook, CT 203-984-6174 ajwarren1@yahoo.com This Chinese Export 9 1/4" Plate is decorated with underglaze blue polychrome enamels and has a gold edge on the lobbed rim. The floral sprays are most likely hibiscus and passion flowers. This pattern is popularly known as the "Tobacco Leaf". Quinlong, circa 1775-1785.
