JEWELRY: Large collection of red and blue stone stick pins, one hundred and sixteen pieces, mostly yellow gold, many with diamonds, sapphires and rubies, also white gold, platinum topped, and silver topped pins, time periods and designs vary, pieces include: forty-two stick pins that contain dark, brownish- red stones, majority of these pins contain garnets, some may contain imitation stones, or glass; thirty-nine stick pins that contain blue stones; majority of these pins contain small sapphires, some may contain synthetic sapphires, turquoise, imitation blue stones, and glass; thirty stick pins containing red stones, stones may include ruby, garnets, tourmaline, synthetic rubies, red imitation stones, or glass; and five stick pins contain both red and blue stones, wear is consistent with age and some stones may be chipped or abraded.
