Jonah & The Whale Cast Iron Mechanical Bank
Made by J. & E. Stevens. Pull back the knob located behind the whale’s tail to lock it into position. Place a coin in the small boat next to the whales tail and press the lever. The coin falls into the bank as the whale opens it’s mouth and out emerges Noah. Bank is mostly original under the blacklight. There does appear to be a repair to the yoke that has the screw that goes up into the whale. There also appears to be a small area of touch up to reds and on the waves. There is a light clear coat on the bank. (JY). (Very Good – Excellent). 11 -1/4″ L.
