NEW YORK CITY – From February 11 to March 9, Ursus Prints will present its second solo exhibition of drawings by Joan Berg Victor in the exhibit “An American Vision: Joan Victor’s Latest Works on Paper.” Victor’s work has appeared in numerous public and private venues, including the Delgado Art Gallery in New Orleans.
She has created large-scale murals for the Jewish Home for the Aged, as well as numerous private clients in New York. In print, her portrait illustrations have appeared in Fortune and Forbes magazines, the Wall Street Journal and The New York Times.
She has written and illustrated over 20 books for children and adults, including titles for Scribner, Doubleday, Harper & Row and Little Brown publishers.
Victor has a MFA from Yale University.
