Ben married Lillian Berliawsky\, making him the brother-in-law of the renowned abstract sculptor Louise Berliawsky Nevelson. We offer the remaining parts of this collection directly from the family\, which has been in storage for years. Highlights include: a fresh discovery of an oil drip painting by Jackson Pollock (condition issue) that is not recorded in the catalogue raisonne\, but with a Cirkers storage label and scrap wood frame\, it smells of fresh Pollock discovery to the market. Other highlights: several nude drawings by Louise Nevelson\, rare lithograph by Pablo Picasso titled “Modele et Homme\,” signed\, and #1/75 on Verve paper\, etching by Joan Miro titled “Fusees 1\,” signed\, and #20/40\, triptych watercolor of dancing ladies by Abraham Walkowitz\, large selection of watercolors and etchings by John Grillo\, several watercolors by Earl Kerkam\, 72” wooden abstract sculpture by Mike Nevelson (Louise’s son)\, other artists represented are Louise Nevelson\, Ralph Rosenborg\, David Burliuk\, Ben Mildwoff\, William Zorack\, Collette Lumiere\, Sylvia Carewe\, Vita Giorgi\, Chaim Gross\, Carole Robb\, and more!
