Kaminski Auctions presents it’s Summer Asian Auction August 27, 2016. On offer is an impressive assortment of ceramics, jade, bronze, furniture,
embroidery, watercolor and thangka paintings. In particular the sale emphasizes a wide variety of fine antique Chinese pottery and porcelain spanning
the Han, Tang, Ming and Qing dynasties selected from Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Texas and California private collections.
Among the top lots are a Chinese Tang Sancai Official Figure, a Tang dynasty pottery camel and a large Han dynasty pottery horse. Other highlights
include a Sino-Tibetan gilt bronze Avalokiteshvara, two lots of Chinese late Qing dynasty elaborately carved chandeliers, and two carved two-handled
jade cups from the Ming dynasty.
