VINELAND, N.J. — Part II of the Max Berry antique toy and bank collection was eagerly scooped up by buyers at Bertoia’s March 27–28 in a sale that will be long remembered. The sale featuring choice offerings from Berry’s longtime collection, considered the best of the best, attained more than $2.9 million and was dominated by mechanical banks, a category that saw some of the strongest prices of the sale.
